1. A repair person will call to request PC access code details that only you can provide.
2. Once connected, the tech has one-time access to remotely control your computer screen.
3. Using this connection, one of our professionals can: fix viruses, troubleshoot software, repair Windows errors, answer tech questions, remove pop ups, replace broken files, or fix any non hardware issues with your laptop or desktop.
4. No Fix – No Fee Guarantee: Once your PC technician has provided satisfactory repairs, you’ll pay online by credit card. If the computer problem wasn’t fixed to your satisfaction, you don’t pay. Our business depends on making a happy customer, no matter the costs.

Certain data recovery can be completed in your home (or business) at our hourly rate ($125), but (depending on the extent of damage to the hard drive) advanced data recovery services aren’t available on site.

Advanced recoveries are billed hourly for time on site, but the recovery project itself is a separate cost. Before you pay, we’ll provide a free diagnostic for the hard drive, and a no-obligation, flat rate quote – including (when possible) a list of recoverable files, photos & documents.
