If any issues arise within this period that are related to the original repair, we will address them promptly at no additional cost to you.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Follow-Up Repairs: If your computer experiences the same symptoms as it did before the original repair, we’ll fix the issue at no additional labor cost, typically through remote support.
- Parts and Software Costs: If new parts or software are required to complete the warranty repair, you’ll only be billed for those items, not for labor.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
While we strive to provide the best service possible, there are specific exclusions to our warranty:
- Malware Re-Infection: If your computer becomes re-infected with viruses, malware, or other malicious software after the original service, it will be considered a new issue.
- Subsequent Damage: Damage caused by liquid, power surges, misuse, or other incidents occurring after the repair is not covered.
- Unreported Issues: Issues not disclosed to the technician during the original repair are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Illegal Software: We are not responsible for problems related to unlicensed, pirated, or otherwise illegal software.
- Peripheral Devices: Connectivity issues with peripheral devices (e.g., printers, webcams, speakers) that were not installed, connected, or tested during the original repair are not covered.
- Replacement as a Solution: In rare cases where repair costs exceed the value of the device, replacement may be offered as a satisfactory solution.
Data Recovery Services
Please note that our standard service warranty does not apply to Data Recovery Services, as this service has its own specific guarantees and limitations.
