A single Remote Training Session is typically 1 hour, and costs $75. Additional time will be billed at $35 per hour, billed in half-hour increments after the first hour. Payment is due upon completion of each session, and your instructor can accept credit, debit, or PayPal.

One hour of in-home computer training costs $125. Additional time will be billed in quarter-hour increments of $31.25 after the first hour. Payment is due upon completion of each session, and your instructor can accept cash, credit, debit, or PayPal.

STEP 1: Call To Schedule Computer Training
Choose “Remote Support” for safe, no contact distance learning over the Internet, or “In-Home Training” for in person computer training (temporarily only available in NJ).
STEP 2: Prepare For Your Appointment
To save your instructor time (and yourself money), it helps to prepare for your visit by fully charging your devices, keeping a list of any questions & having your passwords handy.
STEP 3: Greet Your Instructor
For remote lessons, students will get a phone call from their instructor. They’ll walk you through a few easy steps to grant them one-time access to your PC for your lesson.
STEP 4: Training And Payment
Once you’ve completed your training session for the day, your computer instructor will make out an invoice that you can pay by cash, check, PayPal, credit, or debit card.

Why Popular Internet Training Videos Don’t Work
& Internet Training Books Are Even Worse!
Unlike other fields of study, pre-made training books and videos don’t work for technology education.
Computers, programs and apps are updated frequently, and these updates often change how things work, or where things are located. This makes training books, videos & other reference guides obsolete, if not downright confusing to follow along with.
Additionally, outside variables (like different default apps, themes, or Windows settings) drastically change the way you interact with your computer. This means things may not be found in the same place, or act in the same way, as shown in your training.
Training books and videos become useless when what you see is different from what they describe. Most of the people I’ve met that have tried this approach simply gave up in frustration.
There’s simply no substitute for one-on-one training with a live teacher. Rather than using generic examples, you’ll be trained on your own computer (with your own settings in your own environment) so there will be no confusion following along. Our instructors are friendly, qualified, and extremely patient, and you’ll never feel rushed or embarrassed.
Get immediate assistance with specific problems you’re having. Learn at your own pace about what your computer can do, how it can help you, and how to navigate it confidently. Your instructor is right there to answer questions that are specific to your situation, and instructors are always available for follow-up training. Using screen sharing technology, along with a simultaneous phone call, your instructor will be able to remotely view & control your screen, as well as instruct, answer questions and address any concerns as they occur.
We offer personalized one-on-one training for the same price that many sites charge for pre-made video tutorials, and for much much less than other sites charge for online group lessons. Appointments may be scheduled any day, from 10AM to 7PM Central Time (excluding major holidays).

Step 1: Reserve an appointment
Contact us to reserve an appointment.
Appointments may be scheduled between 10 AM and 7:30 PM any day of the week (excluding major holidays), on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Step 2: Greet your instructor
For Remote Computer Training: At the scheduled time, your instructor will call the phone number you’ve provided, then after explaining what you hope to achieve, your instruction will begin.
For In-Home Computer Training: At the scheduled time, your instructor arrive at your home or office. After explaining what you hope to achieve, your instruction will begin.
Step 3: Training
Your instructor will provide a personalized training session with your end-game in mind, making sure to address any specific questions you’ve prepared.
Step 4: Wrapping Up
When there are about ten minutes remaining in your first hour, your instructor will provide three options:
- Conclude your Training Session: Your instructor will use these last ten minutes to address any final questions.
- Extend your Training Session: Continue your training by extending the session for an additional half-hour (at our standard hourly rate).
- Schedule a Follow Up Training Session: Your instructor will use these last ten minutes to get a good stopping place to resume from in your next training session.
We can often accommodate this request, though it isn’t guaranteed. Contact us any time, and if an instructor is available we’ll book a same-day, or rush training session at no additional cost.
